18-Year-Old Driver Charged In Fatal High-Speed New Brunswick Crash: Prosecutor An 18-year-old man from North Brunswick has been charged in connection with a fatal high-speed crash, authorities said. Noah Reyes has been charged with vehicular homicide in a head-on crash that killed Dennis Frick, 65, of Freehold, according to Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone. The crash occurred on March 6in the City of New Brunswick. At about 7 a.m. that day, authorities responded to Route 1 Northbound near the Goodkind Bridge following the report of a crash.  Police found an Infiniti sedan, which had struck a Ford pickup truck, killing Frick. The lifelong Jersey City resident was 41.  He is survived by his wife, Maria "Chita" Reyes and mother Violet Rivera. He was a caring father to  Myleen, Xavian, Noah, and Nolynah and a caring stepfather of Sheila, Sheilala, and Sheina.
