Police in Kettering, near Dayton, began investigating after the 14-year-old came forward to reveal the sexual conduct, a felony, with Corrinne Kneipp, a Plainfield resident in February, the Montgomery County Prosecutor's Office said.
The incident occurred while Kneipp was in Ohio visiting family, prosecutors said. Kneipp remains at large and a warrant has been issued for her arrest, prosecutors said. She is scheduled to be arraigned net week.
