Passaic Pickup Owner Charged After DUI, Unlicensed Buddy Crashes It
A drunken and unlicensed driver, and the owner of the truck he was driving, have both been arrested following a boardwalk crash in one Jersey Shore town, authorities said.
Julian Uribe Munoz, 39, of Spring Lake, was behind the wheel of 28-year-old's Marvin Cruz-Palma Ford pickup truck when he left the roadway and crashed it on an Ocean Avenue boardwalk around 12:20 a.m. Monday, Feb. 5, Spring Lake Police Chief Edward Kerr said.

NJ Woman Struck, Killed By DUI Arizona Football Player: Reports
New Jersey native Norah Bruther was struck and killed by an Arizona State University football player over the weekend, authorities said.
Bruther, 23, of Sea Girt, was crossing Camelback Road in Scottsdale, AZ when she was struck by 22-year-old Sun Devil Stanley Kambert around 1 a.m. Saturday, Fox10 Phoenix reports.
Bruther, a senior associate at Ernst and Young, was allegedly visiting Scottsdale at the time of the incident.
Lambert is a redshirt senior and defensive lineman at ASU, according to the Sun Devils' roster.

Warren County Woman, 24, Flown To Hospital After Being Run Over By Own Pickup Truck, Police Say
A 24-year-old Warren County woman was airlifted to a nearby hospital with serious injuries after being run over by her own pickup truck, authorities said.
Samantha Gardner, of Hackettstown, was behind the wheel of a Sierra pickup truck heading north on Grand Avenue near Robins Court when the vehicle stalled and she exited just after 2:10 p.m. on Monday, March 14, local police said in a Wednesday release.
Gardner walked toward the front of the truck, which then began rolling backward, police said.
