Haverstraw Man Nabbed For Pair Of Commercial Burglaries, Police Say A Hudson Valley man was nabbed for two alleged commercial burglaries within the past week. Rockland County resident Brawian Olivero Duran, age 22, of Haverstraw, was arrested on Thursday, Aug. 15.
