Prosecutor: Widow Of NJ ‘Animal Whisperer’ Continued Veterinary Practice Without License The widow of a North Jersey veterinarian who’d been known as the “animal whisperer” was arrested for continuing to operate his clinic without a license, authorities announced Monday.
