Vincent R. Gagliardi was the front seat passenger in a 2006 Toyota Scion that was heading west on Fairview Drive around 8:20 p.m. Oct. 8, Somerset County Prosecutor Michael H. Robertson said. The vehicle hit several roadside objects across several hundred feet, ejecting Gagliardi, Robertson said alongside local officials. Phil Murphy on Friday announced he will be signing an executive order allowing child care services, organized sports practices and youth day camps to resume over the next several weeks.
