Passaic Sheriff: Long Arm Of Law Eventually Nabs Paterson Driver Who Recklessly Fled Stop A Paterson driver who sped off after a Passaic County sheriff's officer terminated a chase was eventually identified, tracked down and arrested by detectives, authorities said. It was two months ago when the officer stopped a 2006 Mercedes at the corner of Memorial Drive and College Boulevard in the city, Passaic County Sheriff Richard Berdnik said.
