For more than 12 years since popular software engineer Robert Cantor was brutally murdered in his Teaneck home, his twice-convicted killer has neither admitted it nor expressed any remorse. Love Triangle: NYC Man Again Convicted Of Murdering Popular Teaneck Software Engineer
Jurors in Hackensack convicted a Manhattan man for a second time of brutally murdering a popular software engineer in his Teaneck home. Sui Kam "Tony" Tung was found guilty of all counts in the horrific killing of Robert Cantor, who authorities said was his estranged wife's lover, over a decade ago. Superior Court Judge Christopher Kazlau scheduled sentencing for Sept. 8. Tung faces a minimum of 30 years and a maximum of life, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said. US Marshals captured a 24-year-old Hoboken man who had violated a restraining order in a double stabbing that left a 21-year-old man dead and a 22-year-old woman hurt in Jersey City earlier this week, authorities announced. Joshua Gonzalez violated was found Thursday, July 7 near Franklin Street in Bloomfield, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. The ex-husband of a Pennsylvania woman killed by her lover's wife in a murder-suicide must relinquish the proceeds he received from her individual life insurance policies -- but can keep the proceeds from her group plan, a Delaware judge has ruled. The issues in the case involving Meredith Sullivan, 33, and her ex-husband, Luke Chapman, had never been address by a Delaware court before. Love Triangle Dispute: 14-Year-Old Boy Stabbed At NJ 'Gingerbread Castle'
A 21-year-old New Jersey man was charged with stabbing and seriously injuring a 14-year-old boy at Sussex County's Gingerbread Castle in what police are calling a love triangle dispute. The man, later identified as Steven Rogers, attacked the teen in a fight over a former Gingerbread Castle employee on Dec. 3, Hamburg Police Lt. Jason Tangorra said.
