Bergen Prosecutor: 'Helping Hand' Continues To Reach Opioid Addicts HACKENSACK, N.J. – More than three dozen heroin users arrested in Bergen County over a four-day period got more than summonses to appear in court: They were each also offered the opportunity to connect with a recovering addict who could one day help save his or her life.
