Passaic County Declares Code Blue Passaic County Declares Code Blue
Passaic County Declares Code Blue Passaic County has declared Code Blue ahead of Wednesday's storm. It will go into effect at 6 p.m. March 6. In accordance with Passaic County’s Code Blue Action Plan, the impending weather will generate freezing temperatures or weather conditions that pose a danger to individuals without shelter, and Code Blue will be in effect starting at 6pm on March 6th, 2018. Warming shelters are now open, and police authorities are permitted to transport any at-risk individuals to a warming shelter.  If you or someone you know needs shelter for the night, call NJ 2-1-1 (877-652-1148).
