New Rochelle Parents Learn To Model Classroom Reading NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. --  Spanish-speaking parents of Davis Elementary students in New Rochelle learned to replicate the reading style of teachers so that they could read to their children at home, during a recent workshop held in the public library. The effort was such a success that a second workshop is planned for this school year, according to a release from the City School District of New Rochelle.
