Authorities are turning to the public for help identifying a hit and run driver who ran over a 28-year-old man who was struck by another car and thrown over a concrete barrier onto Route 21 North.
Arligh Ravago of Bloomfield got out of his 2005 Chevy Cobalt around 3 a.m. after it hit the concrete barrier of the exit ramp, which passes over Route 21 and leads to Route 3 West in Clifton, police records show.
His vehicle was then hit by a 2005 BMW driven by Peter Kobelka, 19, of Little Falls, police said.
Hit by his own car, Ravago fell over the barrier onto the highway and was run over by another car that kept going, they said.
