Police charge Passaic man with masturbating on Lincoln Tunnel rush-hour jitney bus

YOU READ IT HERE FIRST: A 25-year-old Passaic man was charged with masturbating on a New Jersey-bound jitney bus in the middle of the Lincoln Tunnel during rush hour, Port Authority police said.

A female passenger alerted officers once the bus emerged in Weehawken at 5:50 p.m. yesterday, the authority’s Joseph Pentangelo said this morning.

They, in turn, arrested Juan Jiminez Marte on lewdness charges, he said.
