Debra Dorando, 45, was being held on $100,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail following her 2:20 p.m. arrest outside 57 Hamilton Avenue.

“She didn’t resist, and there were no additional charges from the arrest,” Detective Andrew McGurr told CLIFFVIEW PILOT last night.

Dorando (above, left) was the last of four people accused of conning the would-be drug buyer into a meeting last month in Teaneck and then robbing him instead. The other three were arrested early Tuesday.

The victim told police that 19-year-old Khadijah Billups (second from left) got into on Fort Lee Road the night of Nov. 11 after he responded to an ad on Craigslist looking to buy prescription pills.

Suddenly, he said, they were approached by two women who said they were police officers.

The two women – identified as Dorando and Simone Bullock, 25 (right) — took money and personal belongings from him before fleeing with Billups in a white Saab driven by 63-year-old Joseph Sanjurjo, Police Chief Robert A. Wilson said.

Teaneck Detective Stephen Ramirez traced the car to the Hamilton Avenue address – then, with help from Lodi police, determined that all four accused in the holdup live there, Wilson said.

Ramirez got a search warrant that police executed at 6:15 a.m. Tuesday. They found items linking all four to the robbery, as well as “evidence of narcotics use,” the chief said.

Billups, Sanjurjo and Bullock remained held on $100,000 bail each in the county Jail, charged with robbery, conspiracy, luring, prescription drug possession, drug distribution and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bullock, like Dorando, also was charged with impersonating a police officer. Records show Dorando was also wanted on a warrant out of Passaic County.
