A 75-year-old Paramus woman who was struck and dragged 20 feet by a sedan driven by a 94-year-old borough resident over the weekend has died, authorities confirmed. Helen Koons was in the crosswalk in the rear parking lot of the Paramus Public Library off East Century Road when the 2013 Toyota Corolla dragged her around 12:45 p.m. Saturday, March 16, Police Chief Robert M. A youth strength and conditioning coach from Nutley who'd remained free while awaiting trial in the deaths of a couple in a horrific early-morning crash outside their Lodi home exposed a child in Bergen County to sexual conduct, authorities charged. A 64-year-old pedestrian was hospitalized after being struck by a car that left the scene in Morris County, authorities said. The female victim was struck on Main Street near Waverly Place in Madison around 5:20 p.m. on Thursday, August 4, local police said in a release. A 43-year-old man who was struck and killed by a car after being ordered out of a Lyft in Delaware over the weekend has been identified as one of former Gov. Andrew Cuomo's previous staffers. A driver who was ejected in a crash on the NJ Turnpike died after being struck by a tractor trailer early Sunday, April 24, authorities said. A Toyota Corolla traveling north near milepost 105.9 in Newark was struck by a Honda Accord around 4:15 a.m., New Jersey State Police Trooper Charles Marchan said. A car burst into flames killing a driver from Florida on Interstate-295 in Mercer County on Wednesday, authorities said. The family of one of three people killed in a wrong-way drunk-driving crash on Route 80 last October is demanding justice.
