Paterson Man Punches 53-Year-Old Man After Passing Stopped School Bus In Montclair: Cops A 23-year-old Paterson man was arrested and charged in Montclair after he assaulted a man who confronted him for ignoring a school bus stop sign last month, authorities said. On Thursday, Feb. 29, a school bus transporting students from the Nishuane School was heading north on Norwood Avenue and stopped at the intersection at Norman Road, Lt.
