Rapper Found With High-Capacity Magazine After Pointing Gun At Victims In Bayonne: Cops
A Bayonne rapper with a large following on social media was arrested on Friday, July 12 and charged with pointing a gun at two people earlier this month, authorities said.
On Thursday, July 4, Richard Sharp a.k.a. Famouss Richard, pointed a handgun at two people during an argument in the parking lot at QuickChek on 22nd Street, Bayonne police said in a release. He then fled the scene in his vehicle, police said.

A pair of third-tier prizewinning Powerball tickets were sold at North Jersey convenience stores last week.
A ticket from the Monday, Nov. 27 drawing was sold at the Wawa on Little Falls Road in Fairfield, while the ticket from the Saturday, Dec. 2 drawing was sold at the QuickChek on Howard Boulevard in Mount Arlington.
The winning numbers on Nov. 27 were: 02, 21, 38, 61, 66, and the Power Ball was 12.

Federal authorities charged a gas station attendant with planning the robbery of a newly-opened QuickChek where he worked just off the Garden State Parkway.
An indictment returned by a federal grand jury in Newark accuses Tyrone Crutchfield-Davis, 27, of Linden of plotting the Dec. 15, 2019 holdup on North Avenue at Exit 137 in Cranford with three associates.
Authorities had previously identified the other three men -- Wiggins Cadet, 24, and Khalil Brown, 23, of Roselle, and Zyquan McCray, 23, of Linden.

One person was hospitalized and both were charged following a fight that broke out at a Warren County QuickChek, authorities confirmed.
Officers responding to the dispute at the Mountain Avenue store in Hackettstown found Eric Boe, 55, of Great Meadows, sitting on the ground and bleeding from his face as William Diaz-Santiago, 35, was holding him down around 2:25 p.m. on Monday, June 13, local police said.
A follow-up investigation found that Diaz-Santiago, of Hackettstown, was riding his bicycle when Boe tried to “clothesline” him off of it, according to police.

A Sussex County man was intoxicated when he drove away from the scene of a crash, authorities said.
Benjamin Johnson, 21, hit another vehicle while driving a Toyota Camry near North Shore and Sparta Avenue in Sparta around 3:30 a.m. on Friday, April 15, police said in a Monday release.
Johnson, of Newton, was subsequently found in the parking lot of QuickChek with his vehicle, which sustained heavy front-end damage, authorities said.
Johnson was found to be intoxicated and failed a series of field sobriety tests, police said.

A pair of winning Powerball tickets each worth $50,000 were sold in New Jersey.
The winning numbers for the Wednesday, Feb. 9 drawing were: 02, 17, 33, 51, and 63. The Red Power Ball was 26, and the Power Play was 2X.
The tickets were sold at Township Stationery on Pascack Road in Washington Township, Bergen County, and QuickChek at 2695 South Broad St. in Hamilton, Mercer County, lottery officials said.

Scam ALERT: Men Used Counterfeit $100 Bills At Several NJ Gas Stations, Police Say
Two men have been charged after allegedly using counterfeit bills at several gas stations throughout the Garden State, authorities said Friday.
Mohammad Kamara, 30, of Newark, and Tonney Manyango, 29, of Sayreville, are accused of asking for $3.00 worth of gas at QuickChek in Cedar Knolls, paying with a counterfeit $100 bill, and asking for change for a second counterfeit $100 bill on Jan. 4, Hanover Police said.
A follow-up investigation found that several other convenience stores throughout New Jersey had recently experienced a similar scam between Jan. 4 and Jan. 6, authorities said.

Prosecutor: Asbury Brothers Abduct Four Girls, Sexually Assault Three
Two brothers from Asbury Park picked four underage girls off the street, plied them with pot, Ecstasy and booze and then sexually assaulted three of them, authorities charged.
Wilson Cesaire, 21, and Wilfrid Cesaire, 28, approached the Millstone Township juveniles as they were walking and offered them a ride, Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni said.
