Closed: Trespassing Skaters Ruin Ringwood Ice Rink Fun For Everyone The Ringwood ice rink is closed for the season. Inpatient skaters hopped over the fence while the ice was still forming, puncturing multiple holes into the liner as well, the borough's park and recreation department said on Facebook "Unfortunately, we had some skaters who were not willing to wait until the ice was ready and climbed the fencing around the rink while it was closed. Not only was the still forming ice destroyed, but there were multiple holes put into the liner as well and it will have to be replaced." Several residents commented on the post offering help.
