A 44-year-old man was heading southbound in the northbound lanes when he struck the woman's vehicle head-on around 2:40 a.m. Sunday, April 14, Pennsylvania Sate Police said. According to Philadelphia police, the boy was stabbed in the left forearm outside of 300 South 18th Street just after 12 p.m. In a statement to 6abc, Temple Beth Zion-Beth Israel (BZBI) synagogue said the incident was not an anti-Semitic attack.
