Patricia Morales, 26, was released to a family member and her Hyundai was held for 12 hours, under John’s Law, Lt. Joseph Soto said.

Alerted to an erratic driver in the area of Franklin and Wyckoff avenues, Officer Michael Finn followed the Hyundai onto Russell Avenue and saw it “drift from the right lane and completely enter the lane of oncoming traffic” just after 11:30 p.m. Friday, Soto said.

Finn took Morales into custody.

She was given summonses for DWI, reckless driving, failure to maintain a lane, having an expired insurance card, using a cell phone while driving and refusing to take a breath test, the lieutenant said.
