Fugitive From Saddle Brook Caught In Pennsylvania

SADDLE BROOK, N.J. -- A former Saddle Brook ex-con with a history of drug-related offenses -- including for burglary and theft -- was captured in Pennsylvania, according to published reports.

Timothy Tucci, 28, had pulled into a Dallas Township apartment complex in a U-Haul truck on Thursday when a wary resident called police, according to the Citizens' Voice.

Tucci, who authorities said violated the terms of the Intensive Supervision Program, was extradited to New Jersey on Oct. 26, according to Anthony Cureton of the Bergen County Sheriff's Office. He remained held in the Bergen County Jail, records show.
