Elmwood Park Police Arrest 2 Men On Heroin Charges Twice In Same Day

ELMWOOD PARK, N.J. -- Elmwood Park police arrested two Orange County, N.Y. men twice on the same street -- on the same day.

2:43 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 2: Jonathan Piazza, 26, and Michael Rodriguez, 28, both of Monroe, were arrested on Locust Street and charged with carrying 20 envelopes of heroin and drug paraphernalia, Police Chief Michael Foligno said. Both were released on court summonses.

8:55 p.m.: Officers arrest both men with another 20 bags of heroin. Both are again released on court summonses.
