Ashley L. Frabizzio, 34, of Butler was taken into custody in 2015 after a school administrator at the Sixteenth Avenue Elementary School notified authorities, the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office said in a release. A woman reported the incident to police, who used surveillance to identify his car.  Two weeks later, officers found McCabe's car outside of a CVS store -- where stood with "his hand in his pants manipulating his penis," state documents say.
