Rutherford Lions Club Announces Holiday Decorating Contest Winners

RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- Members of the Rutherford Lions Club announced the winners of its annual holiday decorating contest. 

The Rutherford Mayor and Council, Lions Laura O'Connor and the 2015 Holiday decorating contest winners gathered after receiving the awards at the February Borough Meeting.

 The winners for 2015 were: 

  • Overall: The Podobinsky 
  • Family House: First place - The Reynolds Family; Second place  - The Scott Family
  • Door: First place - The Rizzutto Family; Second place - The Pak Family
  • Window: First place - The Natiello Family; Second place - The Koenig Family 
  • Religious: First place -  The Baumann Family; Second place - The Gagliardi Family 
  • Retail: Somoma Bistro

These winners are presented with a certificate and a gift card at a Mayor and Council Meeting early in the new year.

The rutherford Lions Club has been holding the holiday decorating contest every year since 1946.
