A Hawthorne maintenance man hid a camera in a woman’s apartment, recording her at least four times, said authorities who arrested him. A Paterson man collecting a debt behind a Wayne shopping center beat the debtor and robbed him of $100 – claiming he’d accrued late fees, police said.
