A 19-year-old motorcyclist was killed and his 19-year-old passenger injured in a crash on Route 46 in Totowa. The 2008 Yamaha R6 sports bike rammed the rear passenger side of a 2014 Acura MDX near the Union Boulevard exit off the eastbound highway around 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 13, authorities said. A communication systems technician for New Jersey State Police died after being ejected from his motorcycle in a Budd Lake crash, local police said. A 23-year-old Northvale motorcyclist was killed in a crash in Closter following a brief police chase Friday night, authorities said.
