Officer Michael Walker found Jaquan Beard after responding to a suspicious persons call on Stuyvesant Avenue near Valley Brook Avenue, Detective Lt. Vincent Auteri said Monday. Walker was joined by Officer Michael LeStrange, Lt. Richard Holicki and Detective Chris Cuneo.
