The New Jersey Attorney General's Office has identified the woman who was killed by Fort Lee police officers at a local high-rise apartment complex last month. Police were called to "The Pinnacle" apartments on Main Street around 1:25 a.m. Sunday, July 28, after Victoria G. Lee's brother called 9-1-1 saying she was having a mental health crisis and needed to go to the hospital, AG Matthew Paltkin said. An ex-con from Fort Lee was busted with dozens of prescription pills, an imitation handgun and more than $5,000 in illicit proceeds, authorities said. Francisco Holguin, 32, was the subject of an investigation that eventually led to his arrest outside his apartment on Main Street between Jones Road and Maple Street, Fort Lee Police Capt. A Fort Lee man was jailed for harassing Asian women after police reviewed footage from surveillance cameras and a cellphone shot taken by a victim, authorities said. Michael Torres, 60, remained held Friday in the Bergen County Jail. Separate victims reported incidents on May 5 and 27 involving the same man, Capt. Ricky Mirkovic said. A 1-year-old girl was hospitalized with a head injury Wednesday morning after a vehicle knocked her from her stroller in Fort Lee. “Sun glare is one of the possible factors” in the 7:37 a.m. crash on Main Street at Gerome Avenue, police Capt.
