A rescue mission turned into a recovery after a Bergenfield man drowned early Saturday night in the upper lake at the Ramapo Valley Reservation in Mahwah. WATCH: Drones will be flying around the city of Elizabeth warning citizens to follow Gov. Phil Murphy's social distancing directives or face fines of up to $1,000, Mayor Chris Bollwage said. The Union Police Department has become the latest law enforcement agency to employ drones in public safety work, the agency announced Wednesday.
