Badge Number Of Slain Paterson Police Officer Reassigned To Rookie -- His Sister Local law enforcement history will be made Friday when Paterson Police Officer Bavennia Franklin Marks is assigned the badge number of her late brother, who was killed in the line of duty 13 years ago.
