Bella, a slightly overweight, light brown dachsund/beagle mix, wasn’t wearing any tags when she was found, as CLIFFVIEW PILOT originally reported late last night.
She has since been reunited with her owners, Westwood Police Chief Frank Regino confirmed this afternoon.
