A resident told police that Ebert “was wearing shorts that had a very large hole in them,” Police Chief Frank Regino told CLIFFVIEW PILOT. He then “bent over while they were driving down Elm Street and his genitals became exposed.”
The chief said this was “in direct view of the parking lot of the Carousel Early Learning Center.
One incident occurred on June 10 and the other yesterday, Regino said.
Ebert was released pending a Municipal Court hearing to be scheduled this week after police arrested him at 2:30 Thursday afternoon. The case will be forwarded to the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office for review, Regino said.
