Rasshammach Roberts (bottom, left, and below), 29, eluded authorities for seven months after the Sept. 4 attack.

However, authorities said he told members of the U.S. Marshal Service Fugitive Task Force who arrested him in Wilkes Barre, Pa., on Sunday that he saw the “AMW” show on Friday.

Roberts is now being held pending extradition proceedings to face charges in West Virginia of first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit first-degree murder.

Friday night’s “America’s Most Wanted” segment recounted the shootings. Ricky, as well as his parents and sisters, were interviewed:

Roberts was the last suspect left of four arrested in the crime. Authorities said he was the triggerman.

“Murder suspects and those charged with violent crimes are of the highest priority in locating and arresting,” said U.S. Marshal Martin Pane. “Now that the last remaining fugitive/suspect has been arrested, it is my sincere hope that the family of the victim might be more at peace.”

The incident began with a barroom argument that spilled into the parking lot of My Place, a private West Virginia club a short walk from a bridge leading into Maryland. The Ryan brothers were in West Virginia for their annual family reunion and had gone out with relatives when trouble found them.

Police said Rasjahnon T. Roberts called his brother, who showed up with a firearm and shot both young men.

Each Ryan brother was hit once.

Ryan, 25, was pronounced dead soon afterward. Richard, 23, is still recovering after being shot in the face.

Investigators quickly recovered the gun and identified four suspects.
