The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Fatal Accident Investigations Unit was summoned after the Park Avenue crash near Borough Hall around 8 p.m., Capt. Joseph Rampolla said.
TriBoro Ambulance was among the responders.
Hillsdale and Westwood police were among those who cleared the intersections for the ambulance on its way to HackensackUMC at Pascack Valley.
The driver refused medical attention.
Park Avenue was closed for the subsequent investigation.
