New Washington Township councilman, 65, injured in fall

YOU READ IT HERE FIRST: Washington Township Fire Director Tom Sears, who earlier this week was elected to the township council, was hospitalized today after a fall outside his home.

Sears, 65, apparently will require surgery on his ankles after he fell while removing leaves from the gutters of his Beach Street home this morning.
