Bag of toiletries stops bus in Westwood

UPDATE: An unattended bag that briefly stopped a passenger bus near the train station in Westwood this morning turned out to contain toiletries, authorities said.

NJ Transit and Westwood police responded to the call, along with a Bergen County K-9 unit, just after 9 a.m. and determined the bag was harmless, NJT’s William Smith told CLIFFVIEW PILOT.
