Alan Broadbent, 48, was being held on $200,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail, charged with sexual assault and criminal sexual contact.

Westwood police responding to a neighbor's 911 call the night of Nov. 6 found the woman in front of her Westwood Apartment Complex after an apparent struggle, Molinelli said.

Officers found him soon after, the prosecutor said.

A Nov. 18 arraignment date in Westwood Municipal Court was set for Broadbent, who Molinelli said is single and works as a cook.
