Accused suspect Rasshammach Roberts, 29, has eluded the Mountain State Fugitive Task Force, a division of the U.S. Marshals Service, which arrested his brother Rasjahnon T. Roberts soon after the attack.
The episode aired on Lifetime Network Friday night.
“Our goal is to generate tips that will lead investigators to him,” producer Michelle Sigona told CLIFFVIEW PILOT.
A barroom argument spilled into the parking lot of My Place, a private West Virginia club a short walk from a bridge leading into Maryland, in the early morning hours of Sunday, Sept. 4, authorities said.
Each Ryan brother was hit once. Ryan, 25, was pronounced dead soon afterward. Richard, 27, is still recovering after being shot in the face.
Investigators quickly recovered the gun and identified both suspects. They’ve obtained warrants charging the 6-foot-3-inch, 175-lb. Roberts with first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit first-degree murder.
Anyone who knows where to find Roberts is urged not to approach him but to contact the U.S. Marshals Service United Fugitive Squad at (304) 267-7179 or West Virginia State Police at (304) 267-0002.
