Detectives from the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Investigations Squad teamed up with police from both towns to arrest 34-year-old Marco G. Minuto at his home, acting Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said.
Minuto took about $1,000 after throwing the Delta gas station attendant to the ground, pointing the gun at him and demanding money the night of July 3, Grewal said.
He was wearing a black ski mask and black clothing, then sped off from the Kinderkamack Road station in a white BMW with black tape across the license plate, authorities said at the time
