WOODCLIFF LAKE, N.J. – Mary Teresa Hemmer (neé Bailey), 89, of Woodcliff Lake, formerly of Paramus, died Monday, Nov. 9.
She was the wife of the late Paul Hemmer, who died in 2004.
She is survived by her children Thomas Hemmer and his wife, Janet, of Parsippany; Robert Hemmer and his wife, Margaret, of Glen Rock; Maryanne Virgadamo; James Hemmer and his wife, Kathleen, of Basking Ridge; and David Hemmer and his wife, Virginia, of Springfield, Virginia; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 113 South Farview Ave., Paramus. A funeral service will be conducted at 8:45 a.m. Thursday at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home followed by a funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m. at St. Catherine's Roman Catholic Church, 905 S. Maple Ave., Glen Rock. Interment will take place at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions in her memory may be made to St. Catherine's Roman Catholic Church, 905 S. Maple Ave., Glen Rock, NJ 07452.
