Ashley Pronovost, now a 19-year-old Quinnipiac University student, was a passenger on Flight 1086, which skidded off a snowy airport runway on in March 2015, the story says.
In the lawsuit filed earlier this month, the Westwood resident claims she suffered “physical and psychological personal injuries with resultant medical expenses,” the story says.
Pronovost is seeking a jury trial as well as compensatory damages, attorney fees and interest, according to the article.
