14-Year-Old Bicyclist Shatters Mini Cooper Windshield In Glen Rock Crash
A 14-year-old boy was seriously injured after somehow ending up on the windshield of a car he collided with in Glen Rock Wednesday, Dec. 28, police and witnesses said. Photos from the 1 p.m. scene at Delmar Avenue and Pinelynn Road show a Mini Cooper with a shattered windshield. The boy was rushed to Hackensack University Medical Center with serious injuries by Glen Rock Volunteer Ambulance Corps. The driver of the Mini Cooper was not injured. The accident remains under investigation. Anyone who witnessed that accident is asked to contact Det. Sgt. James Calaski at 201-670-3948.…

Worker From Fairview Falls 25 Feet Off Glen Rock Roof
A worker survived a 25-foot fall from the roof of a Glen Rock home on Thursday, authorities said. The Glen Rock Ambulance Corps took the 37-year-old Fairview man to St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Paterson following the 8:50 a.m. mishap on Pinelynn Road, Lt. Frank Riggio said. His injuries weren’t considered life-threatening, Riggio said. Glen Rock 'Girls On The Run' Bake Sale To Provide Fire Department With Pet Oxygen Masks
A group of third, fourth and fifth grade runners from Glen Rock are hoping to provide the borough's volunteer fire department with two brand new pet oxygen masks. The Girls on the Run Coleman Team will be baking treats to sell on Friday, May 3 right after dismissal to help raise funds. The girls chose the department themselves as the beneficiary of this year's community impact project, an integral part of the program's national curriculum.
