Joshua Casiano, 29, was already wanted on warrants out of Passaic and Clifton, records show, when investigators said he shot the victim and left him behind the Citizens Bank branch at the Mill Shoppes of Garfield just off River Drive late Sunday, June 18. Jose Trinidad, 26, of Garfield tried to run from officers responding to a 12:08 p.m. call Wednesday of a naked man walking on Outwater Lane from Clifton, but he was quickly taken into custody, Capt.
