Police Chase: Agencies Unite To Nab Six Suspected Morris County Car Thieves Five juveniles and a man who tried stealing several cars out of Long Hill were arrested after leading nearly a dozen law enforcement agencies on a chase through local neighborhoods before dawn Thursday, authorities said. Police responding to an attempted break-in on Birchwood Drive found a stolen vehicle out of Jersey City around 4 a.m., Long Hill Police Lt. James Marczewski said. Meanwhile, another resident called police reporting five people running through her yard, the lieutenant said. Police nabbed two of the five in the woods along Midvale Avenue, then found the other three nearby. …
