The first was social worker Javiera "Javi" Rodriguez, 43, who died late April 1. Police: Body Pulled From River ID'd As Missing Woman, 26 Police identified the woman whose body was pulled from the Hackensack River over the weekend as a missing 26-year-old who had been living in Bogota. Bogota Police Detective Victor Negron said his department identified the body as Sylvia Lubak on Monday. Negron could not release more information due to an ongoing investigation.
