Fire Police Captain Missing, York County Officials Say A Fire Police Captain has been missing for over 48 hours and his company and wife are extremely concerned, according to statements made by both on Saturday, Oct. 19.  The Laurel Fire Company in Windsor is asking for the public's help to find Tony Bortner. Bortner "has had no contact with anyone," the company wrote adding that "This is very out of character for Tony."
