Body text: Mary (DiBenedetto) Szabados -- a Paramus resident, formerly of Little Ferry -- died on Sunday, June 12. She was 86.
Szabados was a member of the Women's Club of Paramus and Ridgewood, and a parishioner of Our Lady of the Visitation Church, in Paramus.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Peter Szabados; children Robert Szabados of Paramus, and John Szabados and his wife Christina of Summit; grandchildren Jacklyn and Ella; and brother Gregory DiBenedetto.
Visiting hours will be from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday, June 15, at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 113 South Farview Ave., in Paramus. A funeral service will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home, followed by a 10 a.m. funeral mass at the Our Lady of the Visitation Church, in Paramus. Interment will be in George Washington Memorial Park, in Paramus.
