The crash occurred at about 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 14 northbound south of Exit 69 (Waretown Road) in Ocean Township, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
The vehicle was off the left side of the roadway and all lanes were open, 511nj.org reported.
