A man jumped to his death off a New Jersey Transit parking garage, authorities said. At approximately 3:30 p.m., Monday, Aug. 7, NJ Transit Police were notified by Woodbridge police that an adult male had jumped from the Metropark Station parking garage, they said. The body of a man who jumped off the Garden State Parkway's Driscoll Bridge was recovered from the Raritan River, authorities said. Troopers were advised of a motorist stopped on the parkway northbound at MP 127.5 in Woodbridge at 6:55 a.m. Monday, July 31, New Jersey State Police said. As police arrived, a man exited the vehicle and jumped over the side of the bridge, State Police said.
