Trenton Fugitive Wanted In Fatal Bus Stop Stabbing Captured By U.S. Marshals In PA A 38-year-old fugitive from Trenton has been arrested in Pennsylvania by U.S. Marshals in connection with the recent stabbing death of Sam Livingston III, authorities said. Reginald Montique, 38, of Carroll Street, is charged with murder and weapons offenses, according to Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri.
